Portland

Timeline: 2019-ongoing

We’re working with Portland to respond to an unprecedented public safety crisis.

Our work so far has included:

  • An assessment of the city’s gun violence reduction efforts
  • The development of evidence-based community interventions
  • An analysis of local violence
  • An analysis of the cost of violence to city and county residents

We’re partnering with the National Institute for Criminal Justice Reform on these efforts.
